Post-voting planned changes.


Now with proper sleep time, I've seen a major flaw in the power-up thing. Right now it's only useful when you're about 40k points, where the enemies spawn quick and move fast, so you have some decisions to make where to use it, instead of just "to the first enemy I see".

I've tested tweaking the speed (about 60% slower) and greatly reduced the spawn cooldown. This change would give the power-up a bit more usability, and would help too with the unfair "North / South" double colored enemies spawn. There won't be more speed increases, as before, just the spawn cooldown.

Another thing I've thought is to make two different power-ups. Single colored Rhomboids would give the usual one-shot white power-up. Double colored Rhomboid will give it too and ,when spent, a 5-10 secs buff that make the player and shots dual colored, so if you were Red, then you'll be Yellow (Red + Green). Switching color would turn you Cyan, and then Magenta, and back to yellow. Those dual colored shots would count as both colors, but won't pass through enemies destroyed.

I'd like to hear any suggestions you might have, but please remember that this game is what it is, a small mini game (my first too!) made in 2 days, but some tweaks and maybe add a new feature to make it a bit more interesting can be done. :D
